This site and game are provided without warranty of any kind. Saves can be lost, balance can change, and a run can end because of a bug. There is no support obligation.
Fan project status
Probably Stolen is an unofficial fan work inspired by the genre of Probably Stolen. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Questing Goose Studio or tinyBuild. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Assets and intellectual property
The code, CSS art, synthesized audio, and text of Probably Stolen were created for this project. No official logos, key art, screenshots, trailer footage, music, sound effects, store description text, or character art are used. If you believe something infringes, contact the site owner and it will be removed.
Acceptable use
Play it, link to it, quote short passages with attribution. Do not resell it, strip the fan disclosure, or present it as the official game. Do not use it to distribute the official game or any cracked build.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site. It is a free browser game.
